Do You Need a Ride?
A variety of transportation services are provided by SSNP. In addition to providing transportation to those 60 years of age or older, we offer Shasta County Lifeline Services and Shasta County Consolidated Transportation Services. These radio dispatched services are provided throughout most of Shasta County for senior and disabled customers who are not able to use conventional transit services.
Door to door service enables our senior and disabled customers to continue daily activities such as shopping, doctor's appointments, use of senior dining facilities or a visit to a friend.
We ask a suggested contribution of $1.25 for each trip, but no qualified customer will be denied services based on ability to contribute.
*Reservations may be made between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m. Monday through Friday by calling (530) 226-3075.
* Requests for wheelchair lift van must be made at the time of reservation.
