Grief: The Journey Workshops Presented by Mercy Hospice

REDDING, CA - Mercy Hospice is offering free workshops on loss and grief for persons dealing with the death of a loved one. Grief: The Journey Workshops are scheduled for Tuesday, March 9, 2010 and Tuesday, March 16, 2010. These workshops will help identify the fundamentals of the grief process and find meaning and comfort in the grief journey. Gender and cultural differences will be discussed, as well as disenfranchised or unrecognized grief. Participants will have the opportunity to discuss the challenges and comfort of their own personal grief journey in a small group format. Resources and information will be provided to help participants during their grief journey.

These sessions are offered at no charge and the public is invited to attend one or both sessions.
