For $99*, you can have your vascular system screened by the caring medical professionals of Mercy Medical Center Redding and interpreted by members of the Hospital’s Medical Staff. These three exams will take approximately one hour and all participants will receive a one-to-one consultation with a vascular specialist.
Screening Exams include:
Stroke/Carotid Artery Ultrasound - to detect potential stroke causing plaque
Ankle-brachial Index – to detect peripheral arterial disease (PAD)
Abdominal Aortic Ultrasound – to detect an aneurysm

This screening is a designed as a cost-effective preventive measure of your vascular health. Individuals who have diabetes, smoke, have high blood pressure, high cholesterol, over the age of 50 and have a family history of heart disease may benefit from the vascular screening!
