Every day we monitor various measures that are in place to help us better serve you and your family. We rigorously practice the standards of patient care as defined by the Joint Commission to do all we can in helping ensure these behaviors are part of our every day life. Additionally, we survey our patients, doctors on the medical staff and our employees to gather information on how we can make our processes better. Input is vital. Listening - is one of the key means we use to help move us continually toward being the premier medical center for health care services in Northern California.
