From the newborns to the elderly, Mercy can mend fractures that require medical attention. At Mercy, we provide quality care with compassion, and our orthopedic nurses and doctors' work as a team to provide the best care possible.

Mercy works with more than 20 experienced orthopedic surgeons that can treat patients on both an elective and emergent basis. We operate under an advanced practice model of care that includes a physician assistant to assist orthopedic patients throughout their care. Mercy has Dedicated Orthopedic Specialty Teams, an orthopedic trained physician assistant, and Registered Nurses that are Orthopedic Certified.

Up to date Technology
Mercy has an Advanced Level II Trauma Care Center for orthopedic injuries and it includes state of the art fracture care. We also have two, state of the art C-arm fluoroscanners, for advanced radiological evaluation of orthopedic injuries, to meet the increased needs of the Orthopedic Services. For special cases Mercy's Orthopedic Department has available the use of computer assisted surgery for total joints and trauma care. We also offer a variety of techniques for total knee and total hip replacements, including minimally invasive joint procedures.
