Redding is a growing city with many “city activities” including the Turtle Bay Museum, Sundial Bridge, Cascade Theatre, sports parks, etc.; however, we have quick access to outdoor recreation areas including Shasta Lake, Whiskeytown Lake, Mt. Shasta, Mt. Lassen, and the Sacramento River.
People in Redding are friendly – when they ask you how you are doing, they wait for a response. There are excellent educational and recreational opportunities for my children. I have found this a wonderful place to raise a family and make lifelong friends.
