Pre-Application
In accordance with the Bylaws of Mercy Medical Center Redding, St. Elizabeth Community Hospital, and Mercy Medical Center Mt. Shasta, a pre-application form must be completed and an applicant must be deemed qualified for membership before a full application for membership is provided to the applicant. Please read carefully the qualifications for membership listed on the pre-application.
The credentialing process can take three to four months from the time the full application is received by the Medical Staff Services Office. It is very important that your pre-application be submitted early so that the full application can be sent to you for completion. The application should be returned in ample time for credentialing to be completed before you are ready to begin working.
